The menus are developed by the chef, referred to by the director  and posted in the establishment. They are established on a 6-week rotation and each change of season is an opportunity to renew the card in its entirety.

The menus are discussed with the residents during the menu committees which take place twice a year. The observations are then studied during the CVS.

The former play a crucial role, and their mission is to cook up varied, balanced, adapted and tasty meals every day.

For the latter, the heavy task of helping residents feel at home in a collective accommodation establishment.
