New life possibilities!
At the EHPAD DE CRECY, the Coordinator of Vie Sociale establishes a monthly animation schedule in order to punctuate each day. This schedule is displayed in the animation room of the EHPAD. It is also communicated to residents, as well as to families.
Depending on the activity, external speakers are invited to share their experience or their know-how: artists, singers, musicians, etc.
The benefits of intergenerational links no longer need to be proven, the EHPAD DE CRECY promotes exchanges between residents and young children around a snack prepared by the chef.
The Coordinator of Social Life, supported by a team of volunteers and multidisciplinary, is punctuated by varied and stimulating activities, social life contributes to the well-being and development of residents by meeting their needs and desires according to their physical and sensory capacities. The teams aim to maintain autonomy, to restore a social role to residents and to recognize them as individuals, regardless of their dependence.
